Introducing 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching with Kerry

As your health coach we will work together over 4 months and establish what your health and mindset goals are, and create a plan to achieve them.

This is a bespoke programme looking at all aspects of your health and lifestyle, including sleep habits, diet, stress, relationships and much more. We work towards achieving your goals by making small practical lifestyle changes, which over time, will create long term transformation.

This programme is about YOU – l will provide advice, motivation and accountability but will be very much guided by you when agreeing an action plan. Each and everyone of us are different, what works for some doesn’t work for others, we all have our own commitments…..the action plan has to be easily achieved in your current set up

What’s included?

Initial 90 minute start off session (online via zoom), including a full health history assessment

E

6 x 60 Minute 1:1 coaching sessions (fortnightly via zoom) – here we will establish your goals, find the root cause of your symptoms, agree an action plan, do practical exercises which will help dive deeper into the areas of your life that you want to change, and discuss our previous session.

Coaching plan after each session with supportive resources (recipes, guides, podcasts etc)

E

5 day food diary analysis (I will send you a food diary sheet to be completed before we start our sessions) – with simple food swaps suggestions.

Email support throughout the programme

E

1 x 60 minute follow up session (to be used within 6 months of the programme ending)

FAQs

Do l need a zoom account?

No, you do not require an account for Zoom, l will email you the zoom link to your email prior to our call.  All you need is a phone/computer/tablet to use zoom

Can l pay in instalments?

Yes, if you chose to work with me on the 4 month coaching plan. You can pay over three instalments – the first before our first meeting, then in month 2 & 3.  The power hour must be paid in full prior to our meeting. 

I live outside the UK, can l still work with you?

Yes, of course.  My appointments are all online, so appointments can be held anywhere in the world
