Join me for a 60 minute call and l will listen to your challenges, where you are right now, where you want to be and together we will create an achievable action plan!
This is an hour all about YOU, it’s an opportunity to release all the stress from your mind! We will identify the root cause of the stress and overwhelm, discuss small practical lifestyle changes and put together a basic plan so that you can start moving forward immediately.
The plan could include changes to your diet, exercise regime, sleeping habits, relaxation techniques and much more. You will be able to leave this power hour equipped with enough information to confidently take the next step towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Do l need a zoom account?
No, you do not require an account for Zoom, l will email you the zoom link to your email prior to our call. All you need is a phone/computer/tablet to use zoom
Can l pay in installments?
The power hour must be paid in full prior to our meeting.
I live outside the UK, can l still work with you?
Yes, of course. My appointments are all online, so appointments can be held anywhere in the world
Do l need to prepare for the call?
Please complete the questionnaire, food diary and daily schedule forms that l will email to you when you book your session. Please return the forms 48 hrs prior to our appointment – this allows me time to prepare for the session.
What do l need to bring to the call?
Just yourself, please feel free to write notes during the session
What if l need to cancel the appointment?
The sessions are not refundable, but you can reschedule. I like to be flexible, l understand life just happens sometimes, especially if you have kids!
What will we cover in 60 minutes?
We will summarise your questionnaire, food diary and daily schedule (you will complete these before our appointment). We will then discuss what you are struggling with and what you would like to achieve over the long term. Together we will then create a basic action plan including small practical lifestyle changes that you implement after the appointment.
Can l book a session if l am not a mum?
